Senior Technician Incharge - Lab Services

The Senior Technician Incharge - Lab Services will supervise laboratory technical workflow, sample processing, diagnostic testing, documentation, quality control, equipment readiness, and junior technician coordination at Cloudnine Hospital, Delhi. This requires DMLT or BMLT qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lab sample collection, processing, testing, and reporting workflow.
• Guide lab technicians on sample handling, test procedures, documentation, and safety practices.
• Verify sample quality, labeling, test requests, and report readiness as per lab SOPs.
• Monitor quality control, calibration, equipment logs, and laboratory documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, sample collection, and reporting teams.
• Report abnormal findings, sample mismatch, rejection, or technical issues promptly.
• Maintain test records, sample registers, worksheets, QC records, and department logs.
• Support stock monitoring for reagents, consumables, and lab supplies.
• Follow biosafety, infection control, PPE, and biomedical waste management standards.
• Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely lab service support.
