Billing Executive

The Billing Executive will manage OPD/IPD billing, front office billing support, patient payment coordination, bill verification, discharge billing, and documentation at Rhea Healthcare. This requires graduate, B.Com, or hospital administration background.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare OPD, IPD, procedure, pharmacy, and discharge bills accurately.
• Verify patient details, service entries, investigations, packages, and billing charges.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, insurance, and accounts teams.
• Explain bill details, deposits, refunds, and pending dues to patients.
• Maintain billing records, payment entries, and daily billing reports.
• Identify missing charges, billing errors, or documentation gaps.
• Follow hospital billing SOPs, approvals, and tariff rules.
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and patient-friendly billing services.
