Pharmacy Sales Executive

The Pharmacy Sales Executive will support pharmacy counter sales, prescription medicine dispensing assistance, billing, stock handling, customer guidance, and pharmacy documentation at Ramakrishna Multispeciality Hospital, Barasat. This requires D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification with 3–5 years of pharmacy sales experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle pharmacy counter sales and assist patients with prescribed medicines.
• Verify medicine name, dose, quantity, expiry date, and billing details before issue.
• Guide patients on medicine availability, billing, usage instructions, and basic precautions.
• Maintain stock records, issue entries, sales records, and pharmacy documentation.
• Monitor near-expiry, shortage, stock movement, and reorder requirements.
• Arrange medicines properly with correct labeling, storage, and traceability.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, purchase, stores, and pharmacy in-charge.
• Support inventory checks, stock verification, and pharmacy reconciliation.
• Follow pharmacy regulations, hospital SOPs, and medication safety standards.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and patient-friendly pharmacy service.
