Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and patient-centric Counsellor to join our Oncology Operations team at KD Hospitals. The ideal candidate will support cancer patients and their families throughout their treatment journey by providing emotional guidance, clear communication, and coordination with the medical team. Candidates should hold a graduate degree along with an MHA certification.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling support to oncology patients and families
• Explain treatment plans and hospital processes clearly
• Support patients in managing emotional and psychological stress
• Coordinate with doctors and operations team for smooth patient care
• Maintain patient records and counselling updates
• Assist in patient follow-ups and care coordination
