Quality Control Junior Officer to Assistant Manager

Experienced Quality Control professional responsible for performing analytical testing, maintaining laboratory compliance, and ensuring product quality standards within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution apparatus.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety standards.
• Prepare and review analytical reports, test records, and laboratory documentation.
• Conduct calibration and maintenance activities for laboratory equipment.
• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results.
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for quality-related issues.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure availability of testing reagents and materials.
• Perform stability testing and environmental monitoring activities.
• Assist in method validation, transfer, and verification procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspection preparations.
• Ensure accurate data recording and documentation compliance.
• Follow SOPs and quality systems during all laboratory activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality control operations.
• Train junior staff on laboratory procedures and compliance practices.
