OT Manager

The OT Manager will manage operation theatre operations, surgical scheduling, staff coordination, OT readiness, CSSD coordination, equipment availability, infection control, and OT documentation. The requires OT workflow knowledge, nursing or hospital administration experience, and strong coordination with surgeons, anesthesia, nurses, and technicians.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily OT scheduling, case planning, and theatre utilization.
• Ensure OT rooms, instruments, equipment, medicines, and consumables are ready.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, OT nurses, CSSD, ICU, and wards.
• Monitor surgical checklist, consent, patient readiness, and procedure documentation.
• Ensure infection control, sterilization, biomedical waste, and OT safety standards.
• Track OT delays, equipment issues, material shortages, and corrective actions.
• Prepare OT reports, utilization data, and operational updates.
• Support safe, timely, and efficient surgical workflow.
