Nurse

The Nurse will provide bedside nursing care, monitor patient condition, administer medicines, assist doctors, maintain documentation, and support patient safety across assigned departments. The requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification, compassion, clinical discipline, and infection control awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in assigned ward, ICU, OT, or clinical areas.
• Monitor vitals, intake-output, pain, condition, and treatment response.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, oxygen, and nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, emergency care, and patient assessment.
• Maintain nursing notes, medication charts, handover records, and documentation.
• Follow infection control, biomedical waste, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Educate patients and relatives about care instructions and follow-up.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing, and administration teams.
