AMS-Hospital Administrator

The AMS will assist in hospital medical administration, clinical coordination, patient care monitoring, doctor duty planning, documentation compliance, quality initiatives, and service improvement. The requires MBBS with hospital administration understanding and strong communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing medical services and clinical operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, RMOs, nursing, ICU, OT, and diagnostics teams.
• Monitor patient care processes, clinical documentation, and discharge summaries.
• Support implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Handle clinical escalations, patient concerns, and medico-legal documentation support.
• Participate in audits, infection control, committee meetings, and training programs.
• Support duty rosters, emergency readiness, and clinical manpower planning.
• Ensure smooth coordination between medical and administrative departments.
