The EA to Director will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, coordination, and executive support to the Director in a hospital environment. Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and official schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the Director professionally.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, presentations, reports, and follow-up trackers.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, records, and correspondence with complete discretion.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for approvals, updates, reports, and pending tasks.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and official visits as required.
- Track action points from meetings and ensure timely follow-up with responsible teams.
- Screen calls, emails, visitors, and official communication based on priority and urgency.
- Assist in preparing administrative reports, business summaries, and management updates.
- Support coordination between the Director, doctors, administration, finance, HR, and operations teams.
- Handle documentation related to hospital administration, projects, and management decisions.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors, partners, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely reminders for important deadlines, renewals, meetings, and commitments.
