The Doctor MBBS - OHC will manage occupational health services, employee medical care, first aid, emergency response, health records, and workplace wellness activities at Max Healthcare, Gurugram. This requires MBBS qualification with 4–6 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation and emergency first aid at the Occupational Health Centre.
• Manage workplace illness, injury, employee health concerns, and referrals.
• Conduct fitness assessments, periodic health checks, and medical evaluations.
• Maintain employee health records, medical certificates, and OHC documentation.
• Coordinate ambulance, hospital referral, and emergency transfer when required.
• Support wellness, vaccination, awareness, and preventive health programs.
• Follow occupational health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in employee healthcare.
