Trainee Research Associate

The Trainee Research Associate will work closely with the R&D team to support formulation development, analytical studies, and research projects. This is designed to build strong scientific knowledge and practical skills in a laboratory-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in research and development activities for new formulations and products.
• Support laboratory experiments, trials, and sample preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Assist in analytical testing and data collection.
• Support stability studies and documentation of results.
• Help in preparation of reports, protocols, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with R&D team members for project execution.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of samples and chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory environment.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
• Learn and comply with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Support technology transfer activities from R&D to production.
• Assist in troubleshooting experimental and process-related issues.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support documentation for regulatory submissions if required.
• Work on data analysis and interpretation under supervision.
