Junior Consultant - Nuclear Medicine

The Junior Consultant - Nuclear Medicine will support nuclear medicine consultation, diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, patient evaluation, and departmental coordination at Apollo Hospitals, Delhi. This requires MD Nuclear Medicine or related qualification with 3–8 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Review clinical history, investigation requests, and nuclear medicine imaging results.
• Support interpretation and reporting of nuclear medicine scans as per clinical competency.
• Coordinate with referring doctors, radiology, oncology, lab, nursing, and patient care teams.
• Ensure radiation safety, patient preparation, consent, and procedure protocol compliance.
• Maintain accurate reports, clinical notes, procedure records, and documentation.
• Communicate urgent or significant findings to treating doctors promptly.
• Support ethical, safe, and quality-focused nuclear medicine services.
