Cataract Surgeon

Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is seeking a qualified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with various eye conditions. The involves performing advanced cataract procedures, ensuring clinical excellence, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver superior patient care. The candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement in clinical practices and patient satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform cataract surgeries using modern techniques such as phacoemulsification and other advanced procedures
• Diagnose and manage cataract and other ophthalmic conditions through detailed clinical evaluation
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide consultation and guidance to patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and recovery
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with optometrists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals for seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records, surgical notes, and documentation
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and surgical techniques
• Participate in clinical audits, training, and continuous medical education programs
