Executive - Revenue Cycle Management

The Executive - Revenue Cycle Management will support billing workflow, claim documentation, denial follow-up, compliance tracking, financial data coordination, and RCM reporting at Aster DM Healthcare, Bengaluru. This requires Any Graduate, B.Com, M.Com, MBA Healthcare, or Finance qualification with 2–6 years of experience in revenue cycle management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily revenue cycle management and billing coordination activities.
• Track claims, rejections, denials, collections, and pending documentation.
• Coordinate with billing, TPA, insurance, finance, accounts, and operations teams.
• Maintain RCM trackers, claim status reports, and financial documentation.
• Identify billing errors, missing documents, and process gaps.
• Follow up for claim clarification, payment status, and denial resolution.
• Prepare daily and monthly RCM reports for seniors.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely RCM support.
