Job Description
The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, assisting in billing and reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The requires strong numerical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage financial data efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and financial documents.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in billing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial statements.
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions in accounting software.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, and tax regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with billing, TPA, and other departments for financial data.
- Assist in audits by providing required documents and reports.
- Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.
- Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
- entify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Support payroll processing and related financial activities if required.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and financial procedures.
- Stay updated with accounting standards and regulatory changes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
