Radiologist

Radiant Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologist to interpret medical images and provide accurate diagnostic insights to support patient care. The involves performing and reviewing imaging studies, collaborating with clinical teams, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other modalities.
• Provide accurate and timely radiology reports to support clinical decision-making.
• Perform and supervise imaging procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Conduct specialized imaging techniques such as Doppler studies, interventional radiology procedures (if applicable).
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists for case discussions and diagnosis.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain quality standards and accuracy in imaging and reporting.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning and calibration of imaging equipment.
• Guide and supervise radiology technicians and support staff.
• Maintain proper documentation and patient records for all imaging procedures.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and legal requirements.
• Stay updated with advancements in radiology techniques and technology.
• Handle emergency and urgent imaging cases efficiently.
• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness for inspections.
• Provide second opinions and consultation on complex imaging cases when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.
