Quality Control Officer HPLCGC

Skilled Quality Control Officer (HPLC/GC) responsible for performing analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and related analytical instruments to ensure pharmaceutical product quality and regulatory compliance. Experienced in laboratory operations, analytical documentation, method execution, and quality assurance support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC instruments.
• Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and laboratory SOPs.
• Maintain analytical records and laboratory documentation.
• Investigate out-of-specification and atypical results.
• Support method validation and analytical transfer activities.
• Coordinate with QA and production departments effectively.
• Perform calibration and routine maintenance of instruments.
• Ensure proper handling of samples and laboratory chemicals.
• Prepare analytical reports and testing summaries.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor laboratory safety and compliance standards.
• Support troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and readiness.
