Quality Control Executive

The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for conducting analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet defined specifications. The involves handling analytical instruments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP guidelines. The candidate will work closely with QA and production teams to support quality assurance and timely product release.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per specifications.
• Conduct physicochemical and analytical testing using standard methods and instruments.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory quality standards.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
• Perform calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct stability studies and analyze results for product performance.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples.
• Monitor environmental conditions in the laboratory as per required standards.
• Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory reagents, chemicals, and consumables.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to documentation practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality control processes.
