Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise shift-wise pharmaceutical production operations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and manufacturing SOPs consistently.
• Monitor batch processing and production workflow activities regularly.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and shift scheduling effectively.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and operational documentation accurately.
• Monitor machine performance and operational efficiency consistently.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and production consumables.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for quality compliance support.
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within manufacturing areas.
• Support troubleshooting and breakdown handling activities efficiently.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspection activities.
• Monitor production KPIs and shift performance metrics regularly.
