HR Executive- Regional HRBP

The HR Executive - Regional HRBP will support regional HR operations, employee orientation, HR generalist activities, employee coordination, documentation, attendance support, and HR reporting at Krsnaa Diagnostics, Pune. This requires 2–6 years of HR experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support regional HR operations and HRBP activities for assigned locations.
• Handle employee orientation, onboarding support, joining documentation, and induction coordination.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance data, leave details, and HR MIS.
• Coordinate with regional teams, department heads, payroll, recruitment, and management.
• Support employee queries, HR communication, grievance coordination, and staff engagement.
• Assist in policy implementation, workplace discipline, and HR process follow-up.
• Support recruitment coordination, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower updates, compliance trackers, and documentation files.
• Follow up on pending documents, employee data gaps, and HR approvals.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support regional HR audits and process improvement activities.
• Ensure smooth, compliant, and employee-friendly HR support.
