Bio-Medical Engineer

The Bio-Medical Engineer will manage biomedical equipment maintenance, diagnostics equipment support, nursing unit equipment coordination, preventive maintenance, calibration, and service documentation at Surya Hospital, Pune. This requires 1–4 years of experience in biomedical engineering and hospital equipment support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain biomedical equipment across ICU, OT, wards, diagnostics, and nursing units.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration coordination, and breakdown support.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment service, AMC, and repair activities.
• Maintain equipment records, service reports, calibration certificates, and asset registers.
• Train users on safe handling of medical equipment when required.
• Respond to equipment complaints from clinical departments.
• Ensure equipment safety, uptime, and compliance readiness.
• Support smooth functioning of hospital medical technology systems.
