Senior Resident - Clinical Haematology

The Senior Resident - Clinical Haematology will support hematology patient care, BMT support, OPD/IPD management, diagnostics review, documentation, and consultant coordination at Max Healthcare, New Delhi. This requires MD Medicine and DM Hematology with 0–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with blood disorders, anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, and coagulation issues.
• Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning, chemotherapy, and BMT-related care.
• Review CBC, marrow reports, coagulation profiles, flow cytometry, and pathology findings.
• Monitor admitted hematology patients and treatment response.
• Maintain clinical notes, prescriptions, consent forms, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with lab, blood bank, oncology, ICU, nursing, and pharmacy teams.
• Counsel patients under senior guidance regarding treatment and follow-up.
• Follow infection control, transfusion safety, and hematology care protocols.
