Officer - Accounts and Finance

Officer - Accounts and Finance is responsible for handling vendor reconciliation, vendor invoice processing, accounts payable, SAP entries, accounting documentation, and finance support activities. The requires B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance preferred qualification with 5 to 10 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of accounts payable, vendor payments, SAP, and financial compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoice processing and accounts payable activities.
• Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in SAP or finance software.
• Verify invoices, purchase documents, approvals, and payment details.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchase, store, and finance departments.
• Track pending invoices and payment schedules.
• Prepare accounts payable reports and reconciliation statements.
• Support monthly closing and financial review activities.
• Ensure proper documentation for all vendor payments.
• Assist in audit preparation and accounts verification.
• Follow hospital finance policies and approval processes.
• Maintain GST and tax-related supporting documentation when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice clarifications.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and vendor information.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely finance operations.
