Floor Coordinator

The Floor Coordinator will manage patient floor coordination, ward communication, admission and discharge follow-up, patient service support, department communication, and daily operational workflow at Magnum Group of Hospitals, Nashik. This requires strong coordination skills, patient-friendly communication, and hospital process knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ward and floor activities for smooth patient care services.
• Track patient admission, transfer, discharge, investigations, reports, and billing clearance.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and housekeeping teams.
• Handle patient and attendant queries politely and escalate unresolved concerns to seniors.
• Maintain patient trackers, floor reports, service updates, and operational records.
• Support timely communication between clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Monitor patient flow, waiting time, room readiness, and service delays.
• Assist in discharge coordination and pending report follow-up.
• Support patient movement to ICU, OT, diagnostics, ward, or billing areas when required.
• Follow hospital SOPs, patient privacy, safety, and service quality standards.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, attendants, and hospital staff.
• Ensure smooth, organized, and patient-friendly floor operations.
