Sr./Jr. Nurse

The Sr./Jr. Nurse will be responsible for providingect patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans. Senior nurses may also take on supervisory responsibilities, guiding junior staff and ensuring efficient ward management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as per hospital standards and protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort at all times.
• Support senior staff in coordinating ward activities (for Jr. Nurse).
• Supervise and guide junior nursing staff (for Sr. Nurse).
