Job Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, building strong referral networks, increasing hospital outreach, and generating revenue through effective promotion of services. The involves engaging with doctors, corporates, and communities, organizing promotional activities, andentifying new business opportunities to support hospital growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote hospital services and specialties to doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and key stakeholders.
- Generate patient referrals and increase hospital footfall.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, outreach programs, and promotional activities.
- Organize health camps, awareness drives, and community engagement initiatives.
- entify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
- Conduct regular field visits to expand referral networks and strengthen relationships.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis toentify growth opportunities.
- Enhance brand visibility through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update database of doctors, corporates, and clients.
- Handle client queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of referred patients.
- Participate in CMEs, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media and online campaigns.
- Track marketing performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Monitor ROI of marketing activities and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, branding guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to support sustained growth.
- Contribute to overall business development and hospital expansion objectives.
