Junior Administrative Officer

The Junior Administrative Officer will support administrative operations, coordination activities, documentation work, departmental communication, and hospital management tasks at AIIMS Vijaypur, Jammu. This is on deputation basis as per AIIMS norms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in daily hospital administrative operations and workflow coordination.
• Manage files, records, reports, and official documentation.
• Coordinate with departments for approvals, circulars, and communication flow.
• Support senior officers in administrative planning and execution tasks.
• Maintain proper record keeping and data management systems.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and official communication.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
• Support hospital governance and operational efficiency tasks.
