Service Line Executive

The Service Line Executive will be responsible for supporting service line operations, patient coordination, appointment flow, departmental communication, reporting, and service improvement at Rhea Healthcare. This requires strong coordination, healthcare service understanding, and patient-focused communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service line activities and patient workflow.
• Support doctors, nursing, billing, front office, and diagnostics coordination.
• Track appointments, patient enquiries, follow-ups, and service-related updates.
• Maintain service line reports, records, trackers, and MIS data.
• Identify delays, patient concerns, or process gaps and report to seniors.
• Support patient guidance for consultation, investigations, billing, and reports.
• Assist in service improvement and patient experience activities.
• Ensure smooth and patient-friendly service line operations.
