The Senior Executive - HR will manage recruitment support, onboarding, HR records, attendance tracking, employee coordination, HR MIS, and staff documentation at Rhea Healthcare. This requires HR experience, confidentiality, and coordination ability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Handle onboarding, document verification, and employee file maintenance.

• Prepare HR reports, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee communication.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staff issues.
• Support payroll data, compliance tracking, and HR policy implementation.
• Resolve routine employee queries and escalate major issues.
