HR Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting hospital human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance coordination, payroll support, and employee communication. This requires strong interpersonal skills, HR process knowledge, confidentiality, and coordination with department heads. The candidate will help ensure smooth manpower management, policy compliance, staff engagement, and organized HR documentation within the hospital environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for clinical, administrative, and support staff positions.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection follow-ups.
• Manage joining formalities, induction coordination, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Maintain employee files, qualification documents, identity proofs, and experience records accurately.
• Track attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and payroll-related inputs.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements, staffing gaps, and staff updates.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and workplace processes.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate salary inputs, deductions, and attendance data.
• Maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, attrition data, and employee databases.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and staff engagement activities.
• Coordinate training programs, induction sessions, and compliance-related staff development activities.
• Support performance appraisal, confirmation review, and employee feedback processes.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee records, HR discussions, and management decisions.
• Promote professional behavior, discipline, teamwork, and positive employee relations.
• Ensure HR activities follow hospital policies, labor compliance, and documentation standards.
