Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring hospital quality systems to ensure compliance with healthcare standards, patient safety goals, and internal policies. This involves audits, SOP management, quality indicators, risk management, training, and accreditation readiness. The candidate should have strong knowledge of hospital quality management, documentation, process improvement, and coordination with clinical and non-clinical departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor hospital quality management systems and policies.
• Conduct internal audits across clinical, administrative, nursing, diagnostic, and support departments.
• Prepare, review, and update SOPs, quality manuals, checklists, and process documents.
• Track quality indicators, patient safety goals, incident reports, and departmental performance metrics.
• Coordinate with departments to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support NABH, accreditation, statutory, and regulatory compliance preparation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents, complaints, non-compliances, and patient safety events.
• Monitor CAPA implementation and verify effectiveness of improvement actions.
• Train hospital staff on quality standards, documentation, patient safety, and process compliance.
• Maintain quality dashboards, audit reports, compliance trackers, and management review data.
• Coordinate patient feedback analysis and support service improvement initiatives.
• Promote infection control, biomedical waste compliance, and safety practices with relevant teams.
• Participate in committee meetings and prepare quality-related minutes and action plans.
• Support risk assessment, policy implementation, and continuous process improvement activities.
• Report quality performance, compliance status, and improvement opportunities to management.
