IT Officer

IT Officer is responsible for supporting pharma IT systems, ERP, LIMS, QMS, e-logbooks, server operations, user access management, system troubleshooting, and CSV-related activities. The requires BE or Diploma in IT with 2 to 4 years of experience. Candidates should understand GxP systems, 21 CFR Part 11, digitalization, IQ/OQ/PQ, and pharma IT compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
• Manage ERP, LIMS, QMS, e-logbooks, and related digital systems.
• Provide troubleshooting support for users, systems, and applications.
• Maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure as assigned.
• Support user access management and system security activities.
• Assist in CSV activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
• Ensure IT systems follow GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Maintain IT records, access logs, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for application and infrastructure support.
• Support data backup, system monitoring, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Assist departments in digitalization and workflow automation.
• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support audits related to computerized systems and IT compliance.
• Train users on system usage and IT procedures when required.
• Ensure reliable, compliant, and secure IT support.
