Job Description:
Avron Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Attendant Supervisor to oversee the hospital attendant team and support staff. The ensures smooth day-to-day operations, maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assists in providing high-quality patient care and support services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate hospital attendants and support staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hospital wards and facilities.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of attendants.
- Assist patients with basic needs and mobility, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, tasks, and related documentation.
- Train and guide attendants on hospital protocols, safety, and patient care standards.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with nursing and administrative teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Resolve patient or staff issues professionally and promptly.
